We offer a 30-day return or exchange.
(clearance and personal items excluded)
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn and be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair. (ideally with the original clear resealable product bag)
- Personal items such as underwear, bodysuits, swim trunks, adult toys, adult masks/ head gear that goes over the mouth, and harnesses that fit over intimate areas are FINAL SALE for hygienic reasons.
- Sale / clearance items ( prices marked down ) are FINAL SALE.

US + CA RETURN INFO
Simply submit a return request and our representative will get in touch with you within 24–48 hours after reviewing the request (processing times are subject to delay during post-sale periods).
If using our return labels, we offer (1) free prepaid label on your first return/exchange with us on eligible items. Subsequent returns, or if returning items from an exchange order, the customer will be responsible for additional return fees.
Resolution (refund, store credit or exchange orders) will be issued once our warehouse receives and processes the returned item(s) - typically within 5 - 7 business days.
For damaged, defective items, or order mistakes done by our shipping dept. we will replace it or provide a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Photo submission is required.
We can modify or cancel orders if it has not been shipped. Once shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel the order for you. Please refer to our return and exchange policy above once your package arrives.
Orders can't be returned or exchanged after 30 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF US + CA)

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. JJ Malibu does not cover international return shipping costs.
At this time, international orders are not eligible for exchange.
Please allow 3–4 business days after the return package is received at our Canadian office for review and refund issuance.

Important Notice for buyers outside of North America
All packages are sent from our US warehouse.
JJMalibu.com is not responsible for duties and customs charges incurred on your package. The total amount paid does not include any duties or customs charges required to clear customs.
Duties and customs charges vary from country to country, and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the applicable fees and charges from their local customs authority.
If the package is rejected by the buyer due to duties or customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage in order to receive a refund.
If the buyer chooses not to accept the package and abandons it, a refund will not be provided.
